Each booster pack delivers 12 randomized cards drawn from a 135-card set (131 standard + 4 special types). The rarity ladder runs Common, Uncommon, Rare, Super Rare, Secret Rare, and — introduced for the first time in the One Piece Card Game — the Treasure Rare, the new crown rarity sitting above Secret Rare.
